    I am playing with my mobile Android. My phone is Samsung A50. Same problem wifi and data.

    When going for extra moves, I get a "lost connection" message after I've watched the first add

    Hi,

    After watching first add it reports connection error and than I get only 2 extra moves insted 5. Please help.

    There are other players with your same problem, in order to help you may you specify your type device, Pc, mobile, Android iOS or Windows10?

    Which is the game version on your device?

    Do you remember which ads you were watching, when the issue happened?

    J'ai le même problème, pas de coups supplémentaires, visionnage de la 1 ère pub puis "connection perdue", contact service client mais réinstaller le jeu, vider les caches, rien ne corrige le but, pouvez vous essayer de corriger cela, je suis au niveau 3547,merci
