Every time I login these 2 screens come up. It's been happening for several weeks.

Few other players are also complaining about the same issue. I am trying to find out what we can do to come out of this glitch! Unfortunately, we do not have any info as of now.
Can you please tell me which device you are using? Also, please try to delete the cookies / cache, then restart the device and tell me if it has worked for you.

It's an iPad 4. It's an oldie but still works for a couple games...lol
I cleared the cookies/cache and still have the same issue. Thank you for your help.

Hi @Camper2341 normally this happens when you complete a task and your device doesn't have a strong internet connection. So it doesn't complete the process and the prize isn't awarded. So the next time the device starts, it tries again. Once the event ends, even if it does connect, the prize can't be awarded because the time limit is up.

Hope you are having fun around the Community 🐥
The issue was, that window popping up even after weeks from the event being finished. We have few players with the same glitch 🤷
It is understandable how annoying it would be to see that message pop-up each time we open the game!
I too had this pop-up on my Windows 10 game (about an year ago). But, I am sure that clearing cache worked for me… unless the Farm team sent a fix at the same time I did the trouble shooting 😃
