Mine has been as well! I thought it was only me using an iOS at the latest updates.

Finally I got it! I loged out and after about twenty minutes I loged in and the problem disappeared!! Thank you 🤗

Yes, I'm able to get back in after logging out and back in but am wondering if this will now be the norm.

Don't worry about that @a_mgoudreau . You can delete your cache and keep updates.

Same here. I wrote an E-Mail, but I only got an automatic answer.

I am sorry you are having issues.

Instead of reinstalling, did you try just completely closing the game, waiting 30 minutes and then reopening it again?

The “Issue of game Freezing” is now FIXED 👍 👍

If you are still experiencing the issue —

1) Please check if there a new update available in your App Store / Play Store and install it & restart the game;

2) Log out of your game -- close the App -- reopen it after 2 minutes and log back in;

Either of these steps will help you to go back to your level 👍️
