I did not get my reward finishing level 1989. Just wondering is there any new news on that issue?

I have won several levels no beans, I have been waiting for update or at least given beans as been told send user ID & they will gift some ....none yet
Sorry @Sparky_2_2 and everyone else that have asked, we have no update yet as they are still working on it sadly, so for that I apologise. As an avid player I know how we need those beans!

With regards to the mini game -- is it "Royal Rainbow" OR a "Royal (something)" with 45 levels in it?
If so, that event is supposed to appear to the Farmers, who are at the end of the map and waiting for new levels. But, there was a glitch and hence, appeared to most players. The Farm Studio has realized it and removed that event for all the rest of us. Hence, you are missing the event!

I did receive some extra beans after I raised the matter couple of weeks ago. However, I am still not getting the beans reward after I pass new levels.
My User ID is 1758029799 and I just completed level 4235. Thanks

The Farm team has been working really hard to correct the issue with the missing Magic Beans when passing a new level.
The good news is that you should now start receiving your Magic Beans reward when passing a new level and we would like to thank you all for your patience and support while this got investigated.
If for any reason this is still persisting, please let us know the level in question, provide us your Game ID and we will look into it.
