🚫 Know Issue - Problems with Quests randomly shuffling and/or disappearing!

hellos. I have a Samsung Galaxy s20 FE 5G and the quests are bugged. If I reroll one that I dont like the game resets all of them on me instead. Which is a pain when I got a good one I look at wanting to get done. Is this known or any fixes in the works to get this solved?

Thanks for reporting the issues you are seeing when trying to shuffle Quests.

Know that the Farm Studio team is aware of this and currently working on a fix. We understand this can be annoying and we thank you for your patience while this is getting looked at.

We will keep updating these threads once we have more information!

Hello Farmers,

Just wanted to let you all know that we are aware there is an issue with Quests getting reshuffled and or disappearing and that this is still being investigated.

We know this is not the best experience and we apologize for the trouble caused but know that the team is working on improving this feature 😉

When I want to change a quest by clicking symbol at the top right, it changes all the quests instead of the one i clicked on. Started happening end August.

I have not noticed this in my game so either there has been a change to this feature but I will be happy to check that for you 😉

Hi @QueenB I have played farm heroes on my tablet and my phone. On one of them it does this and on the other it doesn't. Now I don't change them at all, because I can't remember which one is playing up.

Hi @Daz_Seaton unfortunately our farm queen is away for a couple of weeks but I will see if anyone else knows the answer. I haven't heard of anyone else saying they have it so it may take a little longer to get an answer 😥

I am sorry to know about the issue! I too have noticed this today in my game... looks like the glitch has returned after few months!

Did you happen take a screenshot by any chance? I did not think it will happen and hence, I was not ready!! Now, I will have to wait till tomorrow morning (about 12 more hours) to check if it happens again!

I will give a heads-up to our Farm In-charge about it and see what she says! I will update you with any info I receive 👍️

The following screenshot shows a related bug. When you achieve two or more quests and click to get the reward from one of them, you collect both at the same time. So to me, it's the same bug that has another effect.

The timer for both quests is identical, which proves both were collected at the same time. This was taken on September 11 on my tablet which runs Android 10. This does NOT happen on my phone which runs Android 11.
