Farm Heroes Saga via Microsoft Store-> +1 does not work
Ever since I started playing via Microsoft Store, I've noticed that when I'm near beating a level, -my tactic is when I'm close to beating the level, I use my power-ups--I click +1 and nothing happens.....I can click the tractor, cat, shovel, but not plus one. on that same note, Facebook version, I have several +1's but every time I start the game, all my powerups, save the 1's, are at "1".....even after getting a daily booster. I've missed several opportunities to beating a level because of a simple "+1 doesn't work"

Oops, think I found out the issue, I have to click the upper half portion of the symbol for +1 to take.

I have the same problem. I've lost lots of +1 boosters and I can't understand why, since most of the time when I click on it, I get nothing. :(

I am sorry to hear that your games also affected by this glitch!
This glitch was identified few months ago and was reported to the Farm game Studio. They are trying for a fix, but, unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected 😔
But, there is a work-around provided by our Farm In-charge 👍️
** Whenever you would like to use the "+1 Bonus Booster", select either the Shovel booster OR Tractor Booster OR the Purple Dog/Hunter/Color Collector booster --> Then, click on the ❌ --> Now, select the +1 Bonus.... it will work and increase the value of your Cropsies.
The trick works, isn't it? 😃 This is not a permanent solution but a great work-around for us to not stuck in the game as well as avail our boosters 🤩

concerning the +1 not one upping my items, turns out all I needed to do was click the upper portion of the icon.

I have the booster, it just doesn't count down....until i clicked the....upper portion of the "1". (dang mouse double tapped) but it got the job done. oh, and which version, Facebook or Microsoft Store? facebook has me at about 3 +1's, everything else, goes back to default 1.

Can you please explain a bit more about the issue of “having only 1 booster each of your boosters”?
Is it happening on the App version (Microsoft store) OR on Facebook (through Browser)?
Are you able to collect your Daily bonus everyday? Is the count not going up even after collecting the daily bonus?
** I am so sorry! I have missed this part in your opening question 😕 I did hear few complaints about this issue! But, I could not gather more information from those players as they did not come back to reply my questions 🤔
If I have information as to what is happening, I can send the complaint to our Farm In-charge, so that she can report to the Farm game Studio to find out what’s going on and fix the glitch!

every time i start facebook farm heroes, I get one each of everything, except +1's....1 shovel/tractor/cat......i get a daily booster.....then it adds it, but just for that time, so when i get on the next day, everything is reduced to 1. someone else suggested Microsoft Store, that actually works, all power ups add up. as for IOS or what-have-you, i use PC only.

Hello, PummyRaj. I hope you will be able to get this fixed for us. I'm playing in FB. It's very frustrating, for I've lost several games I could have won had the +1 counter upped the values of my cropsies. I just noted your workaround: to click on another booster, click X, then click the +1. I will try this to see if it works. Thanks.

playing via microsoft store is waaaaaaay better, even have bonus games occasionally, and its free.
