    Sorry to hear this happened but I'm sure your game progress has been backed up!

    What happens when you connect the game app back to either your Facebook or King account?

    I have lost all of my boosters after game updated. My game ID is 1659584312, I had a hundred of boosters, Could you please resolve this problem ?

    After the most recent update for Android, I lost all the boosters I had acquired.

    We are sorry about the issue in your game, it happened to me last week and I lost all my boosters.

    This is an effect ot the last game update 5.73, there is a thread about it:Β Issue under investigation lost boosters in the last update 5.73

    I wrote to the Customer Support and I received a quick answer just after few minutes and all my boosters back!

    May you please give us your game ID?

    Hello everyone!

    First of all, we apologize for the trouble the new update is causing and know that the Studio is aware and working hard to improve this and make sure this doesn't happen again.

    If you have lost your progress, you should try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync back. You can find more info on how to get your progress back HERE

    If you have lost your boosters and or Gold bars or have not been able to successfully restore your game progress back, contact our Player Support Team through the game app like this:

    When you open the game app, select the 3 lines on the bottom left corner and select Customer Care:


    Choose the following issue:



    Scroll down until you can see Contact Us and fill in the details:

    I have already written twice to customer service, but no one has responded.

    What else can I do to recover the lost boosters?

    If you have already contacted Support then great, just know that it can take up to 72 hours before you get a reply and, if you have already received an automated response, you can reply back with more details if you need to.

    Apologies for not being able to compensate for the trouble as this is something our Player Support Team handles.

    Hi.

    I posted yesterday here that I'd lost all my boosters.... And I had quite a few! I also used the contact us as suggested with my user id number but I still haven't got my boosters back.

    Could you please let us know what is happening? Are the boosters being returned individually when we post a message or use contact us or will there be an update which will replace them all and when will this be?
