Hello I’m having the same problem, lost hundreds of boosters and having to endure a tutorial every time I play although I’m at level 3773. I did everything your recommended to get them back ( Facebook, relogging…)but nothing worked out. I contacted your customer service ( in French) as you suggested and I do get over and over the same standard mail suggesting to find an answer on the community site! It s quite rude, they don’t even read the question and complaint. I hope you’ll be more professional and efficient and be able to help me. My ID 4249051871. Best regards

I received an unsubscribe from the support service and a message to look for answers on the forum ... I decided for myself simply, went to Google Play and put one star, with explanations of the problem. From experience, nothing is more stimulating than a falling rating. If the problem is fixed, I will change the rating.
