I have contacted customer service multiple times about losing my boosters. I’ve not had one single reply!!!

I had an update today for the game, but the boosters continues missing.

I lost my progress on Feb. 7/22 with an update. I was at level 2277 and went back down to level 1. I also lost my boosters. I play on my Apple iPad. The game is connected to my Facebook account but I do not connect to the game then Facebook. I just created my account with King today, Feb. 10th. How do I get back to level 2277?

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for sharing this experience with us.
Here in the Community, we're not equipped to be able to restore lost boosters and therefore you need to get in touch with our Player Support Team through the game app in order to get help with this.
When you open the game app, select the 3 lines on the bottom left corner and select Customer Care:
Choose the following issue:
Scroll down until you can see Contact Us and fill in the details:
Note that it can take up to 72 hours before your case has been reviewed.

After the new update I still haven't got the boosters back.
I also don't have the option to report this to Customer Service witch you mentioned above.

I wrote to customer service a week ago, no one has replied. You treats us like idiots.
