I have the same issue but according to my settings I have version 5.75.4 and this isn't listed as a known issue when I click on customer care. I'm on the right level, profile is correct but all my boosters are gone. I had between 90 and 100 of everything, except for the +1 of which I had something around 150. How do I report this to get them back.
I get the frustration and I remember now @bellablond that you reported this before that you did not have the option, I'm sorry that is still persisting, I was hoping that it was taken care of so I totally get how annoying it must be not getting help.
There is another option, you can get in touch with Player Support through the chat feature here:
Just select Contact us and then Send a message and you should get in touch with a Player Support representative.

I wrote to customer service as you mentioned. in response, I heard (simplified) that it was my fault that I was updating the game, because any interference in the game may result in the loss of boosters and they have it in the regulations. King does not feel guilty that he issued a wrong update and has no intention of compensating for the lost benefits by giving away at least some of the boosters.
They ended the conversation saying that they will not help me and close the topic.
What happened here is the mockery of all the players.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost level progress on your game!
Are you playing on a mobile device or on a computer? If you are playing on a mobile device, did you update the game app recently OR "accept the terms"?
