After the most recent update for Android, I lost all the boosters I had acquired.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost the boosters from your game!
Many Farmers are having this issue due to the new update! Please don't worry and post your game ID number here. This (green lettered) link will help you find it -->ย Find your game ID number
Our Farm In-charge will report it to the King Customer Support team and make sure that you will receive your boosters ๐๏ธ

Hello everyone!
First of all, we apologize for the trouble the new update is causing and know that the Studio is aware and working hard to improve this and make sure this doesn't happen again.
If you have lost your progress, you should try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync back. You can find more info on how to get your progress back HERE
If you have lost your boosters and or Gold bars or have not been able to successfully restore your game progress back, contact our Player Support Team through the game app like this:
When you open the game app, select the 3 lines on the bottom left corner and select Customer Care:
Choose the following issue:
Scroll down until you can see Contact Us and fill in the details:
After updating to the latest version, all my boosters are gone. Please restore them as soon as possible.
Save everyone keep asking:
WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR BOOSTERS BACK!!!!
Even though it's not our fault, and we did not make the change, we're doomed!!
Hit King where it hurts, feedback, go to Google Play, or IOS, if you have left feedback before, delete it, don't revise it.
Then leave them a 1 star review, all the 1 star reviews will then appear at the top.
That's all we can do apart from be annoyed.

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue in your game!
When you said "help badges" -- did you mean the boosters, like the Shovel, the Purple Dog and other things? Did you lose those?
If so, that is the glitch that popped up with the new update. You will have to contact the King Customer Support team and report them about the issue. Please follow these steps...
Choose following option
Scroll down all the way where you see "Contact Us" tab
NOTE: There might be a delay with Customer Support Team responding! Since there are many Farmers who are affected by this glitch, it might take longer for them to sort out!

My board level and magic beans stayed but everything else went to zero. Please help
Great, so it doesn't sound like there's anything that will be done to restore this. What about the quests, is that our fault too?
I understand that this mistake is on the developers and that it isn't the fault of anyone here or in customer service and there's nothing you guys can do, but this is apparently the only place for me to express that this is frustrating enough for me to quit the game altogether after years of playing it. The grind was part of the fun but that doesn't mean I want to start all over again after the results of it can apparently just disappear with nothing to be done about it. With no quests to get it back, to make matters worse.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the trouble the latest app version has caused! We totally get how frustrated it is and the studio is working hard to make sure this doesn't happen again.
You are right, it is not your fault that this happened by updating your game, we should update it and it's up to us here at King to make sure this does not happen again and we will work hard on that.
As for the response you have received from our Player Support Team, we here in the community are not in a position where we can question/change their process but we will make sure to pass on your feedback on how the response has made you feel.

You didn't ask me, but here is the answer I got from soneone else. Almost literally the same answer so it's clearly the policy. For some reason thos person adds that I should update to prevent this from happening again. That doesn't make sense, updating the game is what caused the issue.
The window was closed after that without giving me a chance to answer, so I wrote again...
I get that they are busy but acknowledging their mistake and giving people some boosters doesn't cost them anything so I dont get it.

I stop playing till I have my boosters back
Hi, this has affected me, too. Boosters lost including ones I've earned from quests and my quests aren't being replaced once I've completed them, so I can't even work on getting them back.

And I get a tutorial every single time I log in - for a level I've been stuck on for a couple of days so it's not even new to me.
Not just me, then? I got back to my own level but lost all my power ups, including egg hatches and cleaners, lost my massive bank of lives accumulated through the various incarnations of teams and my quests aren't getting replaced when I've done one so I can't even grind through old levels collecting stuff for beans and power ups, any more.
I lost all of my levels on Farm Heroโs Saga when my ipad upgraded. How do I get them back?

It took all of 2 seconds to lost all my boosters and 68 free games downloading that update that was not needed. It is now over a week no response and no help
Hi, I'm wondering how I can find out which team I belong to and how teams help each other, I guess I just haven't figured it out yet. ๐ค
Aside from allowing you to Simply play the next level, and perhaps buy some shovels when you don't have any left, what exactly is the point of being able to accumulate so many of these if you can't use them at all? Just get rid of them if you're not going to allow us to use them for something useful. It's borderlineโฆ

Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden I only get 5 extra goes for gold bars when I used to get 55 goes, when you are in the 6000 + 5 goes for the difficult games is just not enough, I am already paying enough for gold bars, this reduction in goes is just not fair to us that have played for years and spent such a lot ofโฆ
