    You didn't ask me, but here is the answer I got from soneone else. Almost literally the same answer so it's clearly the policy. For some reason thos person adds that I should update to prevent this from happening again. That doesn't make sense, updating the game is what caused the issue.

    The window was closed after that without giving me a chance to answer, so I wrote again...

    I get that they are busy but acknowledging their mistake and giving people some boosters doesn't cost them anything so I dont get it.

    First of all, we would like to apologize for the trouble the latest app version has caused! We totally get how frustrated it is and the studio is working hard to make sure this doesn't happen again.

    You are right, it is not your fault that this happened by updating your game, we should update it and it's up to us here at King to make sure this does not happen again and we will work hard on that.

    As for the response you have received from our Player Support Team, we here in the community are not in a position where we can question/change their process but we will make sure to pass on your feedback on how the response has made you feel.

    Great, so it doesn't sound like there's anything that will be done to restore this. What about the quests, is that our fault too?

    I understand that this mistake is on the developers and that it isn't the fault of anyone here or in customer service and there's nothing you guys can do, but this is apparently the only place for me to express that this is frustrating enough for me to quit the game altogether after years of playing it. The grind was part of the fun but that doesn't mean I want to start all over again after the results of it can apparently just disappear with nothing to be done about it. With no quests to get it back, to make matters worse.
