After the most recent update for Android, I lost all the boosters I had acquired.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost the boosters from your game!
Many Farmers are having this issue due to the new update! Please don't worry and post your game ID number here. This (green lettered) link will help you find it --> Find your game ID number
Our Farm In-charge will report it to the King Customer Support team and make sure that you will receive your boosters 👍️

First of all, we apologize for the trouble the new update is causing and know that the Studio is aware and working hard to improve this and make sure this doesn't happen again.
If you have lost your progress, you should try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync back. You can find more info on how to get your progress back HERE
If you have lost your boosters and or Gold bars or have not been able to successfully restore your game progress back, contact our Player Support Team through the game app like this:
When you open the game app, select the 3 lines on the bottom left corner and select Customer Care:
Choose the following issue:
Scroll down until you can see Contact Us and fill in the details:

Id 7693073579. I lost all boosters after 5.73 update. Support emailed Me issue is resolved. But I still don’t have the boosters. Logged in and out. Nothing works.
I lost hundreds of boosters after the 5.73 update on Feb 8 2022. King games contacted me saying the issue had been resolved but I still don’t have the boosters
I got the compensation, though that doesn't replace the rarer boosters I earned by completing quests.
And I can't earn any more, because I still have no quests on my ipad. (I do on my phone but that screen is far too tiny for me to be able to play properly)

Here are the steps to find your ID number 🙂
Now you double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear and reveal your Game ID.

I have the same issues and have tried to reconnect to my king account and everything is still gone and I’m back to level 1. I have contacted them twice about this and they just keep responding to try to reconnect. So frustrated with this app right now and NO solution to the problem. They should be able to fix this for everyone. I’m to the point that I’m just going to delete the app and say to hell with it.

Hello, all fellow players.
Like you I lost everything, but, as I had turned on the 'save game to Facebook' option, I was able to get my game progress back, and with the new fix I hope all of You are back as well. Regarding lost boosters we have to accept tv m as lost. Boosters are saved locally in a datafile on our different gaming items. As this file was overwritten by the 5.73 update it can not be restored in any simple way. So, all we can do is to pick up the patience we had before, and build up the booster levels the same way as before. Sorry about this, but remember, in all this seriouseness, it's only a game after all, so stay put and game on. Remember though, awake the save game function. Good luck.
I have lost all my boosters and lives since the last update. My I’d is 1460436547..I would really like them back it is hard to complete levels without them. I’m playing on an ipad.
Despite contacting customer support 4 times and never hearing from them and my messages on this forum and now the messages from customer support saying it's fixed.Even though I've checked I'm on the latest version...I am. Ive still not got my boosters back. Had enough. Doubt I'll playing much any more. I don't like it when I'm ignored and fobbed off and then told it's fixed when it obviously isn't. Bye
The problem started weeks ago with only missing one or two boosters but today when I went to play all were gone.

I completely agree with you that the game has become so hard and without using booste4s, we are not able to move forward 😕
I am so sorry to hear about the issue! Did this happen yesterday OR did you not notice it till today?
Many players have lost their progress and/or boosters due to a glitch that popped up with the latest update!
** If you have not opened your game in past few weeks, it could have happened then itself in your game too!
Can you please provide more details and also your ID number? May be the Farm In-charge can check into your game or send it to the Customer Support and find out what’s going on 🤔

Came on to play the game and I have no boosters at all. They are all gone. Every time I come on to play I am missing one or two boosters now all are gone. Can someone please fix this mess. I love playing the game but I am getting frustrated at losing my boosters all the time. It makes it harder to complete a level without them. This has been an ongoing thing now for weeks. When will it be fixed.

I played the game from Facebook using my computer, and all my boosters are suddenly reduced a great mount to 50 to 80% less,and Gold, can you help me bring my hard earn boosters back, I have screen shot before all my boosters missing, thanks
where and how to report?
I hope everyone checks their game app. I received a message in the app saying they fixed the bug and they gave me boosters and gold bars. Hopefully that means level progress was restored for those that had that issue as well (I didn't have that issue). I also got a few emails from FH Customer Care that the issues were fixed.

I believe you have been facing the same issue as some of our other players have and should get in touch with Support to report it.
I understand that this has happened before but recent losses could be related to the issue with the latest game app version. As we still cannot replace the missing boosters so players still need to contact Support.
One thing to keep in mind, boosters are saved on the device which means the device also needs to have enough storage to handle the game and all boosters that get saved on it. This means that sometimes, there can be a lack of storage on the device and that is when boosters can get lost.

The constant tutorials is the glitch that popped up with the latest update of the App. The Farm game Studio is aware about this glitch and working to fix the issue. Please follow this main thread for any updates (click on the green lettered link).
You said "you lost boosters again"! Can you please give me more details about it? Did you lose your boosters recently for any reason?

It happened 4 or 5 times. First time, I had 300+ of each booster and suddenly I lost all of them!!! This was 2-3 years ago. I didn't manage to fix it (by following several links, which you suggest)...The same problem again and again without a solution... I was very disappointed, like I am now.
