Apologies for having to experience this issue which by the way the Studio is aware of and currently working on a fix. Hopefully, the fix should be available from tomorrow.
We see you are both using Apple iTunes as your payment provider so you can request a refund directly from them for the purchases that got lost... it's the only way actually since they are the only ones that have access to your payment details and can handle refunds.

Fo the time being, we recommend waiting with making any extra moves purchases until we can confirm the issue has been solved.

** Were you purchasing "extra moves" OR "extra lives"? Can you please clarify?
Some players were/are having issue after they purchased extra moves! The Farm Game Studio is aware about this issue and they are trying to fix it, but it is taking a bit longer!!
Here is how you will find your ID number... click on "My Profile" tab;
** Double click on the "King" emblem and you will find your game ID number

It is absolutely unacceptable. For a week a lost lot of money because every single time I was buying extra moves the apps crashed. The only way to avoid it was spending £ 4,99. Now after the update things are not changed at all. No reason to waste my money anymore for an unreliable app
