App closes on new level

I am sorry to hear that the App is closing for you!

I have experienced few times in the past while playing. Usually, this glitch goes away after we update the (1) game App; and/or (2) our device software!

Please check in your App Store / Google Play Store to see if there are any updates available for the Farm Heroes Saga App. If there are, please do click on "Update" tab. The version we are supposed to have is 5.81 and up.

Also, please make sure that there is enough free space on your device -- minimum 2 GB is required for the King games to work properly.

Please let me know how it goes and/or if you have further questions. You can simply type your reply in the blank box given below to my comment.

Can you please tell me which device you are using? Did you check if your device is updated with latest version?

I will inform to our Farm In-charge and see if they have any thoughts on why your game is crashing 🤔
