How can I retrieve my progress?
Hi I’m Bella, my progress was lost because my Facebook account at the time was deleted, and I lost my cell phone as well, and I didn’t save the progress to my mail, now I can’t find my previous games... I had gotten to level 4000+ and it was with excitement I downloaded the app again, as I got a new cell phone, only to return to level 1... I can’t play the game from level 1, because it’ll just discourage and drain me, 4000+ is a long way, took me months to get there, please if anything can be done, so my progress be brought back, I’ll really appreciate, Farm heroes saga is my favorite game tbh, will be expecting a reply please🙏🏻

@bellap you need to either start the game on a new facebook or make a new account in the kingdom...it should prompt you when you start playing. Save progress then head over to the contact link I gave you and they will be able to help you 🙂 You will give them the new account details and they can move you up to the last level you remember.

I really do not blame you from not wanting to start at level 1 again. I wouldn't either if I was that high!
Don't worry though, have a look at this link. You will need to contact player support but that's easy enough and they can restore progress.
You don't have the beans or boosters but you will have your levels 😉

You contact them via that link and then be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"
You should get an automated reply, if it tells you to come back to the community, ignore that and reply back to that email explaining the issue again just in case they were busy. But its summer so there might be a little longer wait than usual. They will help though 🙂
