I have heard back from our Farm Community In-charge. She looked and they have not seen other complaints regarding the connection issue!
Usually, this issue will be resolved when we uninstall the game and clear the cache then reinstall the App. But, since it has not brought any luck to you, our In-charge has informed me to redirect you to the King Customer Support team.
Since, there is no specific option for "connection issues", we are advised to click on any one of the topics, so that you can access the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of each page.
Please file a complaint and wait. You will be receiving an automated message as an acknowledgement (do not delete this email as it can be used for further discussions). An agent will be contacting you within 3 days. Once they get in touch with you, they are usually very quick and much helpful. But, they could be backed up with more complaints.... Hence, I request you to please be patient and don't lose hope ๐
By any chance, if they did not contact you even after 4 days, please come back here and let us know ๐ฅ
