Why do some players consistently get to play events like Choo Choo, 123 tend etc and others do not.

Which device are you using to play the game? If you are playing on a mobile device, please make sure you have the latest version of the App -- it should be 5.88.5 and up!
Also, make sure that your device has the latest software!
With regards to the events -- I recently learned that, players in some countries will not receive some of the events!! Where do you live?
And, sometimes, some of the events and features are sent out as a test. Then, very few players receive these events. Sometimes, some of the special events are sent in groups. In that case, not all the players receive at the same time, but later! Then also, you will see the difference between your friend's game and your game!!

I would like to add my two cents about this. I also never get invited to events and I play on my laptop through Facebook. The events tab is available in my version at the bottom. As far as I know my Chrome browser is up to date and not sure if Farm Heroes Saga needs and update and if it does how do I go about doing that?

Hi @swcompassionate that is exactly the reason why you don't get events. If you are playing through Facebook on the browser (not just connecting to Facebook for saving) its harder to update the programming on browsers as often as events need so its only devices or the windows 10 app that get the events at this time. Do you have windows 10? I use the app and get events. Again not all of them lol.

Thank you for your reply. I do have windows ten on my laptop and play Farm Heroes Saga on Facebook by connecting to Facebook's website via Chrome Browser. Do I download the Farm Heroes Saga app directly to my laptop then in order to play events or do I download king.com? Thank you for providing additional direction in this matter. Does it cost money to download the king app directly or to play the Farm Heroes Saga app?

Ok, so you need to go to the Microsoft App Store on your computer, search for the app (like you would if you were installing apps on a phone) then click to download it.
It doesn't cost a penny just like it doesn't on chrome, unless you buy gold etc which is normal. But the app is free to download.
Once you've installed it, you'll find it in your windows menu list on the left...I would recommend that you either make a shortcut on your desktop to it or pin it to your task bar. (Mines on my task bar) Then it's easier to find if you play a lot.
When you open it, it will ask if you want to save progress and so you will log in using your Facebook password and email address.
Progress, gold and beans will appear once it's done that.
Any boosters you might have on Facebook won't appear though and any boosters you earn on w10 app, like mobiles, will stay on that app.
You won't get all events but you should get some as they only appear to a certain amount of players each time but it's rotated so everyone gets to play some at some point. So don't worry if you don't have any yet.
I would strongly advise you don't save lots of boosters though as we always would in any case, just in case at some point you need to reinstall it. It doesn't happen too often but it's best to be careful.
