    Have you by any chance tried clearing the cache of your browser or perhaps tried a different one?

    Note! If you're already playing in a supported browser we still recommend trying another browser.

    I hit send for roadblock help and I don't think they are being sent out. I have not received help yet. Is anyone else having that problem. This is happening on my home computer.

    I get a couple of requests for clearing roadblocks a month. If you can send me a private message with the name you use on your device, I will make sure that I grant any requests you send me. Of course if you are not on my playing list, then I am unable to help you.

    Seems I am not alone. I have checked my browser, its the most up to date! checked speed( its over 500) and cleared the cookies but still I am stuck on level 1345, now for over 2 weeks!!! getting fed up to be honest! any ideas?

    I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to forward in the game!!  Can you please tell me what is happening when you try to go to the next episode?  

    Are you seeing the "Road Block" with timer on it?  Or do you see the blocker that we see at the end of the episode or is it something else?  Will it be possible for you to post a screenshot of your current Map?  Here is a web page that informs you about the screenshot  https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/ 

    Also, can you please tell me which device you are using as well as which platform you are using -- Facebook or King.com OR Windows 10, etc.,

    Hello, it's been a week since I was stuck at level 880 when normally the delay is 3 days. When I consult the remaining time, it is always 3 days. 
    It does not change. Can you unlock the road thank you.
