Hello @faceandzip - welcome to our wonderful community.  I am sorry to hear that this is happening to you.  Are you playing the latest version of the game?  You also want to ensure you have enough storage space for the game to run smoothly by deleting unused apps and files or removing files not used very often to an external storage device.

Another thing you might try is signing out of Facebook, temporarily deleting the Facebook app, reboot your computer (keep it off for 10-15 seconds) then restart your computer, reload the Facebook app and then sign in to the game via Facebook and see if that has cleared up the problem.

Another thing to remember Microsoft will stop support for Windows 7 on 14 Jan 202, so you may want to look at updating your operating system.
