Stuck at a Roadblock!

I am at level 1705 and the lock does not release, I passed the level I needed to pay the key with 3 stars and still does not release

    Can I have a screenshot of the game map showing your profile picture at the roadblock and your Game ID  please?

    Hello again @karladsa, 

    I just checked in my game and I understood why you are waiting at the Road Block after winning level # 1705!! 

    You have not gained 2 stars in the Rancid level, which is #1701.  That must be the reason that Road Block was not opened!! 
    I have posted screenshot from my game -- I have marked the Rancid level for your reference =)

    But, once you provide your game ID number, our CM @QueenB will be able to check into your game :+1:

    There roadblock should have opened with 2 stars only( 3 stars is not required anymore), so it's the avatar that is stuck.

    @karladsa, can you try disconnecting the game from Facebook, restart the device, connect the game app back to Facebook and see if that helps?
