I entered the competition to design a new character on the farm heroes saga game and came 3rd in the final. Unfortunately I didn't receive the bonus box prize and have 2 very disappointed children. I have emailed but got no response. Please could you look into this for me? Thanks

Hi @Sharon_Loose thanks for tagging me. @LucyOliviaLewis is definitely mentioning Farm Heroes Saga. @jam3sh didn't mention which game so maybe it's also for for Farm Heroes Saga. This is the support area for Candy Crush Jelly Saga so you have posted this in the wrong community. @Chicken_Slayer is the Superstar who knows that community very well so I am tagging her to offer further help. So I'm guessing you guys are referring to the gift box which appears on the Harvest Rush pop up... This doesn't actually get payed of as your reward is to customize a character.
You should receive a pop up during the day with further instructions as the team is working on this as we speak 😉
