I absolutely love farm hero's saga but the last few weeks have really put me off. I have had problems claiming prizes and have emailed every help desk, contact, page I can find asking for help but am getting no responses apart from on this page. I realise that you don't have the rights to help me but it seems that I can't get in contact with anyone who can.
Since the last update, my game now keeps on freezing on level 1029 so I can't get past it. I have tried other levels and they are fine but not this one. I tried reinstalling the app on my phone but it still doesn't work and now all my bonus moves have disappeared π I am so frustrated and no one will help me!!! Please can someone help me
When you uninstalled the game, did you clear the play store cache too? As that retains information so if it was a bad update, it will load with the same error. You've already lost your saved boosters so it won't cause any harm to try again.

@LucyOliviaLewis, I pulled some strings which was not easy and Player Support has just compensated you for the lost items and the missing rewards which you had reported to them.. they have received your messages but there is currently a backlog so there are delays.
But just like @stan1981 suggested, do not activate the companion and you should be able to play without issues. Player Support had a look at your game records and they can see companions has been used while playing level 1029.
Before selecting Play, remove the green check mark β from the Companion.
