I took part in the design a character competition and came 3rd but didn't receive any prize. I have just come 1st in the harvest rush and again has received no prize!! Up until this point, I had received all prizes.. Is there a problem with my account?? Who do I contact as have had no response to last 2 messages. Thanks

Hi guys, sorry to hear you've had issues with the prizes but I am afraid this needs to be reported to the Player Support team here since we are unable to replace any missing items.Β
Please make sure you specify the feature/special event that did not pay out the rewards so Support can report this to the studio and include your User ID so they can locate your game records.Β

Looks like you have posted this question about a week ago! Did your prize popped up in the game? Usually, we should always give minimum 24 to 48 hours receive a prize after winning such events.

Hi @Chicken_Slayer, by boxes I mean the prize boxes when you come 1st,2nd or 3rd. The boxes appeared like normal, but when I went to click on them they dissappeared without opening and giving bonuses. Thanks π

Hi @PummyRaj, I posted first after coming 2nd in the design a character competition but the prize box didn't open when I clicked on it. I then came 1st in a couple of harvest rush games and again the boxes appeared but didn't open. If this happens again, I will let you know. Thanks π

So, you did see the gift BUT not received it! Do you play on 2 devices? As per my experience, when we play on 2 devices, only one will receive the prize, and other device does show the gift, but we cannot receive it.
Sometimes, we will see "oops! it looks like you have received the gift already"! Sometimes, nothing comes up, but the gift box disappears! Just a thought and also covering all the glitches that I can think of!!
If you are not playing on multiple devices and have not received your prize (from any event), you can write to the "King Player Support Team" who will be able to help with this issue. Please let me know if you need help with contacting them.

I'm only playing on one device and the box appeared but no prize. @QueenB has sorted it all out for me though and the game is all working again. Thanks for all your help π

Hi @PummyRaj.. I played harvest rush again today and my prize box didn't open. It has also happened to my son now too but only on harvest rush. I know @christine88, @Euaki and @007jayc have also had similar issues. Is there a problem with the harvest rush prize boxes? Thanks @LucyOliviaLewis
