It is a known issue but the fix is not known yet ...
so the turn around - possible to play on phone device is where it does not have road block.Else can try to clean rancid level 1356 with 2*?0 -

The studio is looking into the Roadblock issues that are affecting a small % of players but we just don't have a fix to this issue.
