Getting the option to see and Ad and get a free live is not available for all players as this is a feature that the game team is still testing.
If you play on mobile, I recommend making sure the game app is always up to date so you don't miss out on new exciting features 🤗

I am on level 2477 and have never once been offered to watch a video. My husband is on some level in the 200s and he has received gobs of free stuff. Why? I want free stuff too!

I know its frustrating but I promise there will come a time you will have something he won't. That happens to Mr Slayer and I all the time 🤦♀️
Its because in order to test new things and not break everyones game if it doesn't work, they release it to a smaller control group of players. That way they can see what works, what doesn't, if its popular or not. I haven't seen any videos either and I have played since the start.
Sometimes uninstalling a game and reinstalling might make you change groups, but not always. And you need to make sure you are signed into either Facebook or the Kingdom to save progress and any saved boosters would be lost. Otherwise its just patience. Hope this helps! 😊
