Could somebody please explain to me where do I play the Spring Event?

@NADINESIWA you have a popup on the left with all events if you have the Spring Event just check there, this is my screenshot:

@QueenMia in this Spring Event finally there are new levels. Hard level are difficult especially level 9. But all the time that there is an Event with 18 levels the rewards are very poor. For example after level 9 you win only your booster recharge.

At the moment I'm stuck at level 11.
