Why do I see others with more levels then me? (Feedback sent to the Studio)!

I’ve just done level 3250 but won’t let me go further , others are on 3265 , why can’t I proceed?

We can confirm that level 3250 is the last for most of the players. There is an issue however where some of you might see the next episode and sometimes play it, if you have this issue and the game keeps going back to level 3250, know that the studio is aware of this and working on correcting this error.

First of all, Hearty Congratulations for being one of the top level players 👏 👏 👏
Level # 3265 is the last available level as of now for mobile devices and on Facebook. But, Windows 10 players always has 15 extra levels.
And recently, a test was sent out to a group of very few players - who can play those extra 15 levels (one new episode) even-though they are not using Windows 10.
Unfortunately, only Farm Heroes Studio knows the details of the test and whom they sent it to! As players, we can just hope that we too can receive the test someday!

Thanks for sharing this and know that I mentioned this again to the studio. I. believe the update did day new levels so we. will report this again as I believe it was not meant to release any but the message from App store is stating so.

First of all thank you all for being so patient and sharing your feedback regarding the fact that you can see other players on a higher level through the Episode Race feature.
You will be happy to know that the studio is working on correcting this error during upcoming updates.. (I don't have an exact version yet), I will keep you posted 😉

Level 3295 is the last available level at the moment, at least for mobile version. if you some players being ahead of you through the episode race, this is an error which the game team is currently working on improving.
Hope. this clears out any doubts ☺️

Got new levels few times,lvl3222 won and then they disappeared. Won 36 hours of unlimited lifes for what?!?!?! You have a BIG issue. Realy shame on you!!!

I don't know which game you are playing, @snezananena , but I have not seen unlimited lives in Candy Crush Saga recently. Don't get too frustrated because events come and go at different times on different devices.

Also, unlimited lives for one week early in the pandemic lockdown was very popular with players, so many members of this community have asked for that event again. We can only hope.

I have exactly the same problem for 1 week !
I saw the others finish the run to level 3250, but I don’t have access to these levels
why not ???

I have that problem for months!!! Every time, some players finish the race days before I even get an access to new ones. I will defenitely give up of this app after 6 years of playing!!!

I have the same, jumping up and down in the levels I can see. Support couldn’t help until now. Please check this, it is frustrating.

Why don't I get new levels in my game? I reached level 3250 and then it says "coming soon" but other people have new levels.

If you are playing on Mobile devices and / or on Browsers of PC, you should have 3250 levels currently as per the screenshots some of you shared.
But, Windows 10 platform always have 15 extra levels -- which is 1 extra episode than Mobile devices and Facebook browsers.
The only reason for this is, they need permission from iOS and Android devices and release new update version, etc., etc., But, for Windows 10, they can directly release the levels. That's the reason, Windows 10 games always ahead than mobile devices in all the King Games.
Oh! There should be new levels released either tomorrow or day after. So, 15 more new levels for you coming up 🤩
