Losing boosters

Every 3 days or so the game acts like I'm new to it and keeps taking away my helper items and leaves me with one each. I've lost a ton of helpers! Why is it doing that??

    Helper items ? U mean boosters?

    restart ur device and update to latest version and see how is it ...

    r u connected online? Can u send life to friend ?

    Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Most of us had this issue when the game was changed to HTML version!

    Did any changes happened in your game before this issue started? Can you please provide more details of any kind of that sort?
