I lost all my Facebook friends, yet it says I am connected through Facebook. I can’t send lives to any friends. They aren’t listed anymore. I also can’t see anyone on the Top List.

Please check game settings in Facebook. It sounds like it's letting you log into the game but not connecting you to Facebook.

Queen Bee, I play on an apple. I have gone into the settings on Facebook and check to make sure my friends list is shown. Everything looks right, but still no change in my game.

Check your app permissions
When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. The app then loses access to your account, which may affect your progress and friends list.
You can check which apps are active, expired or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
If the game is listed as ‘expired,’ it means your friends list and progress may not sync with the game.
Click ‘Renew Access’ to reactivate the app’s permissions.
You might also want to check your active app-permissions by clicking the ‘view and edit’ link. If 'Friends list' is not selected, our games will not be able to view your friends, and you will not be able to send messages or receive help from them.
Remember, you'll have to do this every 90 days.

@Melcarrier let's try clearing the safari cache and see if that helps.
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook.
