I'm not sure I understand the issue you are having. Is it that you did not have the Rancid's event? To answer one of your questions, you will only lose the boosters from the device you delete the game app from.
Boosters are not synced but saved on the device it got accepted on so deleting the game app from one device will not delete the boosters from the other โบ๏ธ
