Choo Choo's Challenge is not giving full rewards?
As I finish a level and unlock a road block, it will pop up the rewards that I just earned. The problem is that if it shows more than 1 booster, all of a sudden the boosters merge and it only shows 1 booster and that is what I received. I have 2 videos of the last road blocks and of the boosters merging if you want to see them. If you do, tell me how to put videos on here. I'm at the last road block (Gold) and I don't want to play it until I know this will be fixed. I've never had this issue with Choo Choo's Challenge in the past. Update: I went ahead and finished the Challenge since I was 1 road block away from 1st and there was another tied with me. Had to finish but last reward was time so no boosters or beans lost. Still need my rewards for all the doubled up boosters given as I only received 1 per road block. And for some reason when I posted my message it went to Candy Crush where everyone had to tell me I posted in the wrong forum. 🙂

Hi there Jayc and good day to you. I've just started playing this game not long ago and yet to see this event made available to me.
I've extracted the following info from our Help Center regarding this event and hope you can get some insight.
What can I win?
You can win Magic Beans, Recharges of your boosters and extra collectible boosters if you reach the right boxes. Each one of the three boxes carries a bigger prize than the previous one.
Don't forget that Recharge boosters will top up any booster you've used, but only if it reached 0 in your attempt.
Extra boosters are available in the later boxes, so keep on moving and you can win those too!

Welcome to our community. We are eager to help, but I have not experienced the problem as you described it. In Choo Choo's Challenge, boosters are awarded as either "recharge" or additional. You only receive "recharge" of a booster if you had zero of that type of booster before the recharge; otherwise, you do not get a booster added. So it may appear like you did not get a booster when you actually did not get it recharged because you already had one or more. Please let me know if this is not the case.
I am not sure how to upload a video, but you might try clicking on one of the icons at the bottom of a comment box and see if it gives you the option to upload a video. I use the second icon to upload pictures, such as screenshots. You might be able to upload a video or a link to a video using one of the other icons. Perhaps @wykoon could offer more specific advice on how to upload videos.

@007jayc hi there, I think in our comment box you can only insert image. I've tried inserting the screen recorder but it doesn't support the file extension. I think providing screenshot is good enough if you may.

First award out of the box

awards merging into just the shovel and beans did not get awarded. This has nothing to do with boosters only being awarded if being recharged as I had shovels already. This was the box just before the Silver Box. Like I said , anything that had 2 awards merged into 1 and I only got the first 1 out of the box.
