I completed the Flower Tower a few weeks ago & never received the reward. I thought that someone was looking into this for me , but apparently not because I’ve heard nothing!

Hello @imabearnut - I am sorry this happened to a fellow bear lover. I understand the CM has contacted you and also that you have contacted Player Support. I know how frustrating it is that you didn't get your reward after working so hard to complete the Flower Tower, but unfortunately the studio doesn't reimburse players for free rewards that for whatever reason, they didn't receive. Hopefully this will not happen to you again.
In future, it is always a good practice to clear your cache and log out of your device for 10-15 seconds on a regular basis as well as ensuring you always have the latest version of the game. This can sometimes help ensure your game runs smoother and help eliminate some of the random issues that can occur.
If this for some reason turns into a repetitive problem - then please repost again and we will try and help you further.
