Can you please try the following on your device:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account and see if that helps.

Just wondering... did you try creating a Kingdom account and log into the game through that account?
I am sorry that I could not suggest anything yesterday, as I was puzzled because, you said you have already reinstalled the game App! Usually, reinstalling works and lets us get back into the game (many months ago, I had the same problem and reinstalling worked for me)!
So, if you do not have Kingdom account, please do try creating an account and logging into the game through that and see if it works! If you have access to a PC, I would recommend you to try it on a PC rather than your iPhone!

Did you try what our game In-charge @QueenB has suggested above? Did you try to delete the Facebook App and reinstall it on your Android?
And for your Windows 10 game, I think you might have to delete the game App completely and reinstall it - after clearing the Cache / cookies, etc.,
