where did all my collected shovels tractors remove all of a kind etc go i had in excess of 20 to 30

If you lose your boosters, there are likely to be errors in the game you have, so try to exit the game and log in again. If the problem does not solve, check the internet you have on your device. You can also delete the temporary storage data as well as clear the internal data of the game to get the lost boosters and make sure to link your game to an account. Electronic to protect your progress

@maggnolia57 I´m not sure what you mean. Do you now see a grey padlock where the boosters should be. If that is so you can try some things. If you mean something else, come back and try to explain more how it is for you.
You can try to scroll down and play some specifik levels. Take them in the order they written.
Level 5.. Level 8...Level 13... Level 23...Level 31... And level 72.
Then try the level you are on.
If that didn´t help. If you play on android mobil clear the cache. You should find that in the moible if you go to settings---apps. Find farm heroes and there go to storage and then click clear cache. If you play on iphone you can´t clear the cache. If you play on a computer clear the cache in the browser you use.
If that didn´t help. Log out from the game and then open the game and play witout logging in. Play levels 1 up to 73. Then log in again. It is a quit of levels to play again. One played just 1 - 15 and got the boosters back, so you can try that first.
If that didn´t help the only option left is to reinstall the game. But reinstall the game can make you loose your boosters so you start whit just 1.
The problem was reported to the studio april 14 but have not been fixed yet.

I am sorry to say that your question is a bit confusing... Did your boosters disappear and they became 0 OR do they have a lock on them?

Hi Vanessa and good day to you. I'm guessing you need to pass certain level to unlock the boosters.
Below is the extracted info from the discussion thread on the levels that will unlock specific booster once you've passed them.
Here are the levels 👇️ If you have passed some of the levels, you may replay them and see whether it will unlock the said boosters.
Level # 5 ---> to unlock Shovel;
Level # 8 ---> to unlock Tractor Booster;
Level # 13 ---> to unlock +1 Bonus;
Level # 23 ---> for Hunter (the single colored cropsie collector);
Level # 31 & Level # 72 ---> for rest of the two boosters

I am very sorry to hear that the Boosters are locked in your game! Unfortunately, this glitch is affecting some of the players for unknown reason.
We have 2 ways to get out of this glitch.... (1) Replay the levels in which, we have unlocked those boosters initially;
Thank you so much dear friend @wykoon for providing the list from one of my previous answers 🤩 Now, I don't have look for the list 🙂
2) If the boosters do not get unlocked even after replaying those specific 6 levels, then the only way you have left is to "Reinstall" the game! But, unfortunately, you will be losing all the saved up boosters as they are stored on device local memory!
