Every time our team finishes a challenge (honey harvest), I don't get a prize (+5 moves).

    So only the winner of the Honey Harvest will get the prize of +5 moves. As a team, you do get rewards but only when the target has been met.

    A little bit to add to what our wonderful game In-charge has informed you above...

    We do not receive the +5 Moves booster each time we win a Gift Box -- sometimes, it will be one of the regular boosters and one hour of Unlimited Lives.


    Also, if you happened to open the Gift Box on a PC but not a mobile device, the chances to win the regular boosters are more than to win a 5+ moves booster (personal experience πŸ˜…)

    This happens every time my team wins. I get a Gift Box with a shovel, 1 hour unlimited lives and +5 extra moves. But +5 extra moves boster never activates.

    Could you help us out with a screenshot of the pop up you get showing the rewards you are getting the next time your team wins so we can report this to the studio? How to take a screenshot!

    The +5 Moves will not show up on your second screenshot as they get automatically added to the level. This means you need to open the level, and then you will noticed extra moves getting added.

    Hope this clears out any doubts πŸ˜€
