Dear King Community I want to thank Queen Mia who tried to help me fix my Favorite game Candy Crush Saga with Friends. I did everything you asked and King.com themselves. To no avail through them changing my ticket numbers and communication through them I have not been able to have my game fixed. I can’t play events, get daily gift, buy bars, which I can not afford anymore money. I can still play levels but they must have changed my game at a much harder level. I know there are different versions of the same game that they can choose us to play. After all the Christmas money and through the whole year I have spent a LOT ON MY FAV. GAME. now all I get is Tiffi in read saying there was a problem please hit the try again only to get the same ERROR IN RED ON all the problems my game won’t let me do. Oviosly I game my email and name to the community and didn’t realize I put myself in jeopardy to be able to get info you have no business knowing. I didn’t understand what this Up game was about and Queen Mia ♥️ Tried to warn me too but it was too late. I am not playing the community game I’m sorry. I am in chronic pain 24/7 and that includes my hands and fingers. So out of all the King great games I had to chosen my favorite game only to realize how messed up it is. King wants me to delete my game and then add the app on again. I’m too afraid to loose all my characters that I love and my levels. I’m not the best player but it was giving me so much happiness in this scary world of the virus 🦠. I have earned Dachs the dog and I have been trying to earn his next beautiful costume the officer. Yet they have cut how many points I can get at a time too . That’s how I know I’m in a different version of this game. Sadly I need you all to stop sending me emails because I not playing level up to 50000 comments. I need my energy to do my word games plus brain games and then this incredible beautifully designed game that used to be fair and work. Now I’m frustrated and can not get anywhere in my game. I’ve lost hope in it being fixed from my iPhone to King themselves. Here are all my ticket numbers to show you how long I have tried to fix it and waiting for help from king.9352828 ,9397451, 9323796 and now my ticket number 9472543. please don’t text my email for the count down game I not respectfully playing it . I am very sorry. As for precious Queen Mia thank you from my heart for all you tried to do. i wish for all of you for God to bless all of you and your families to stay healthy and safe. Please keep playing these wonderful games from King. The designers are very good and the colors throw the levels to the costumes they have created are amazing. So keep playing and enjoy. I hope none of you are left like me sad because I can’t play my game like you can. 🙏🏻😷🧼😔♥️♥️♥️♥️ Goodbye FranCee
