This sometimes happens to me. I'll press the X, and the ad just closes without giving me anything. The rest of the ads will be gone. On other occasions, the ad just fails to load, and the rest of the ads will be gone.

I was able to test the ice for a little bit just now. The following findings are, I think, closer to what's happening, but further testing is needed. Candy Crush Saga adopted the Rocket Rush event from Candy Crush Soda Saga and called it Factory Frenzy. Then, CCS added a new event called Rocket Rush, and it has nothing to do with Soda's Rocket Rush event. It's confusing.
