It is nothing wrong with your device or the OS it uses, it's about going further in the game until you finally see "Achievements" in the Scrapbook. I hope this finally helps.
-
It might not be a bug; as I said, it can be a feature that you can unlock by going further in the game.

Read the comment above.

I suppose. When I updated the game to 1.2.7 it showed the "Achievements". I think it's something unlockable. And as I know 1.2.7 is the latest version.

Now I see; I think it's something else that is in the game, not an Android issue. And mine is 1.2.7 too, but I do get achievements.

You are playing an outdated version of Candy Crush Friends. Your operating system is not the cause of this mess, it's the game itself as it is not in the latest published version.
-
@QueenMia I play on both Android and Windows 10, so I already play Candy Crush Friends on my PC.

Unless a friend sends you a life, he/she doesn't appear.

As I've said in another post: Levels are different between devices just to adapt them to the specific device versions they appear on. What if the "extra" levels are just the mobile-device levels but finally introduced to Windows 10?

To get the last set, win 5 levels in a row (meaning, 5 in just 1 life) with a golden-set character.
