Ayesha, when you play the game, it is linked to the e-mail account. so if you change your e-mail or facebook , you cannot retain your levels. You will have to play against the original account facebook and e-mail. where your progress is saved. .

Just for reference, No update was done, didn't reinstall, did absolutely nothing but close down for the night.

Check your connection, and this should sort it. You will not loose your progress as saved on the King server.

Hi Randle. I spoke with the developers at King yesterday, and they are aware that the mobile desktop apps have yet to be updated. They are still working on the language to adapt for W10, so will not be long now. I prefer to use these apps rather than through a browser as they offer the option to earn boosters and gold.…

I have enough storage, 9,4gb free space. system cleaned down regularly. and updated. only happening since latest levels were opened. I swipe close all apps as I go. have rebooted, updated etc.

Thank you for the above link. Device has been checked by one of the administrators yesterday , and reinstalled app etc. It is still doing it only when you pass the level.
