Do please try to use the search facilities before you ask a question. This one has been asked and answered many times. It is not impossible to beat the level without boosters, in fact, but it becomes a whole lot easier if you use the lucky candy booster (which you should be able to obtain free).

Apps for mobile devices (not just King's) will always have a problem with shared accounts. They are designed for single, private users. In this case a lot of the game information is saved direct to the device and I'm afraid once its entangled it really isn't possible to disentangle it.

If it's happening on both that would suggest that the problem is found on your computer. Follow the advice in FAQs (link at the bottom of the page) with regard to troubleshooting.

How are you not getting the message? Every new episode for months now has seen a flood of complaints about timed levels and yet every new episode contains more timed levels. There are no more levels to advance to! That will probably change on Wednesday but for now 1835 is all there is. Go use up some lives gathering more free boosters.

How on Earth have you got to Level 1364 without knowing the answer to that question? I suggest you take a look at the answer I just gave to someone on Level 167!
