They're real, they just haven't entered a name in the game so they are still called Player with a capital P

Sometimes if you just let the candies do their thing and don't try too hard, they just settle naturally into board winning combos.

Also @Mary_Allen-2 by the time you get there they may just have realised what a big mistake they made.

Start again, you get a lot of boosters and gold bars thrown at you. You will now know how to make the most of them and it's much less frustrating than 1st time round. You will be back at 2834 in no time.
