Hi Firebombmarkus. I lost everything. I couldn't get my messages or connect to Facebook. No matter what they told me to do. I tried everything. They told me to reset it and now it put me back to the beginning. I was at 1365 and now at 1.No boosters no free turns nothing. I'm so upset. I rather have king delete my accounts…

I had to reset my game after getting to 1365. Now I have no lives and back to square 1. Why???????

I'm on windows 10 and I STILL can't get my messages or sign in on Facebook. I deleted my account off of Facebook and now trying to restore it. To HOPEFULLY fix my game. Does ANYONE on windows 10 have any suggestions?

QueenB please let them know I thought I would buy some boosters until they fix windows 10. But I can't go online to Facebook. Or change anything because it so messed up. I've gave up on getting help from friends.

I'm stuck again 1362. With the horrible queen. I wish i could get free turns. but cant. when will they fix it to people like me with Windows 10?

Microsoft tried to fix my computer with the game. They said it's the game issue. I have windows 10 the updated version and it still isn't fixed. I have resolved the face I won't be able to connect on to Facebook or get free lives for a s long as I play your game. :-(

I'm talking to microsoft people now about my computer. They want me to uninstall the game. Which means, I would have to start from 1 when I'm at the 1300 level. And I can't connect to Facebook either.
