Hey if you play while connected to Facebook, all you would need to do is sign into the new device with this account and all of your levels would be there. :) Really handy knowing that everything is backed up.

woww you are good for getting so far. There are 890 levels on Facebook at the moment and only 875 on mobile devices. So for the time being you will need to play on your PC until the next lot of new levels are released. I hope this helps :)

Can you ask a friend to test the game on your PC, that way you can know for sure that it isn't a problem with your account.

Oh noooo! So I guess you did not get through to the next level? Has this happened before? Or did it happen again? To me it looks more like the level sort of froze, rather than a bug in the level itself.

ah no I can understand that must be really annoying. I only open the messages in the inbox once my lives are no longer full, if you do this you should not lose any lives even if you refresh the page. I hope this helps :)
