Hi Evie, Thank you for contacting King Care! This is a common issue with timed levels and the reason is almost always that you may have let a bomb hit zero. If you reach your desired score and you don't have any moves to kill a bomb then just let time run out and you'll be able to pass. Hope this helps! Jilly

I passed it but I made sure to use my check mark booster just in case, I had enough come down in order to get the required amount of yellow. I guess easier said than done but you'll get through it. Just keep trying…

Hi Michal, Thank you for contacting King Care! If you used a new Facebook profile that's not associated with your King account it will think you're a new player and not recognize your progress.
