I'm not who you've asked but it's kind of the same here. Didn't have ads until I was around level 1000, then got ads and have had them ever since. Never purchased anything using giftcards or real money.

Yeah, sometimes the reward doesn't really feel like one. I'd like to know why it varies so much. Sometimes I get almost nothing and other times I get like 400 gold bars.

No. I'm pretty sure that feature would be abused by people. And I'm glad there isn't a chat function in-game as a lot of vulnerable children play too. You can chat in the community though.

I've only lost once on my current account, I do not need infinite lives, I do not spend any money ever on games and I'm doing fine. Candy Crush removed some of the more fun features which made the game much more enjoyable and infinite lives won't help with that in any way.

If you need gold you need to win challenges like the episode race, candy royal or the chocolate box.
