I'm not sure what you have tried but there are some steps here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-android If the device is saying you have no internet then maybe restart your router or connect via mobile data.

460 was the final level. Did you not see the ending? The game finished a long time ago so I don't think it will be available again!

Are you talking about the Mystery Mountain promotion? I know its a limited event so maybe you missed it. Normally they have a timer so you can see how long they run for.

I didn't have this issue when I passed the level. Do you have the latest update installed? I just checked again actually and mine plays fine. Is it only this level?

Connect your game to Kingdom. Then you get assigned a set of friends automatically to help. There is a little orange icon in the app. If you put an email and password here, you will create an account.
