The chocolate box is missing for many. That leads me to believe they are working on it. I hope yours soon returns to regular. Please do the trouble shooting suggested above. Good luck.

Welcome to the community. I hope they fix the scoring issue for points levels soon. Many players are having the same issues. It's been reported and the studio will be working on a fix.

Same here Freddy. I'm not having any problems on WIN10 app. I don't know what else they can do.

This is another level with scoring issues. As mentioned above it's been reported and the studio is working on a fix. Be patient and you should soon be back to crushing. Good luck.

It appears there are still scoring issues on some levels. Hopefully a fix will be forthcoming. It's from posts in this community that the studio becomes aware of the problems. 6085 is reported to be fixed so if you are still experiencing issues you might want to contact customer support.

What device do you use? Do you have a payment method set up as mentioned above? Are you getting an error message? If so what does it say?
