Did you get a ticket number? You should get a ticket number once you reply to the initial customer support email. If you have a ticket number you need to give it time for them to look into your issue.

It sounds like your game crashed when your phone died and that's why you lost all boosters. You can try contacting customer support and see if they will refund any boosters. Usually they only refund purchased boosters if you had any then definitely contact them.

The error on this level has been reported and will likely be fixed when the studio is back at work tomorrow. You can ask customer support to refund your boosters but I'm not sure they will. Good luck.

Unfortunately when you reinstall all your boosters and lives are lost as those are stored on your device and not on King servers. That loss is not compensated unless you lost purchased boosters. Sorry!

If you log into both devices with the same Facebook or King account your game should sync. You might have to play a level to get it to sync correctly. Let us know if this doesn't work.
