You need to make the other flower yourself, either by hitting a pink seed (very bottom row) with a shovel or by switching it with a water drop.

I managed to get it to work - if I click on the apple icon the level won't load. However, if I click more on the outside it opens. Must have something to do with the road block sign being in the way.

Yes, the video shows the original format in which you needed to acquire 225 points in 16 moves. The current requirement is 450 points in 15 moves - absolutely impossible and I would be most grateful for any help as I have been stuck on this level for quite some time.
